When buying packs in FIFA Ultimate Team, most of us go for the most expensive ones, as it'll give us the best chance of getting the biggest players.

It may sound counter-intuitive, but if you're patient, you can really start to see results.

Thanks to the addition of Squad Builder Challenges and the Bronze Upgrade system, nearly nothing in bronze packs is worthless these days.
50 rated players from lower leagues would never have sold a few years ago, but now they can go for 200 coins apiece.
Plus, if you're lucky enough to get a rare squad fitness card, that'll more than pay for the price of the pack.
Rare contract cards will sell too, and even non-rare ones will sell if you're patient enough.
You won't see ridiculous gains straight away, but over time, and if you put the effort in, your coins will start to grow.
It's easy enough, but you can watch the video from MrFifaCam for more details.
In addition, Reddit user a2b2p2 has compiled an in depth guide on what to do with players from bronze packs, based on their league.
Most players can be used for Squad Builder Challenges, while some are best for Bronze Upgrade. Depending on the league and the player, some will be worth more if you just sell them, especially if they're duplicates.
