Anderlecht star Youri Tielemans looks set to leave the club this summer
Monaco were favourites for his signature but there is also interest from England
Director Herman Van Holsbeeck says he could sell Tielemans to Manchester City
Although Van Holsbeeck is concerned the player wouldn't playing enough there
Youri Tielemans could be on his way to Manchester City after Anderlecht director Herman Van Holsbeeck admitted the possibility of selling the prospect to the Premier League club.
Tielemans has starred for the Belgian side this season as they won a 34th Belgian top flight title and made it to the last eight of the Europa League.ADVERTISEMENT>
The 20-year-old has scored 18 goals in all competitions and has host of European clubs interested in his signature.

A move to Monaco was reportedly agreed, with a £21million fee apparently in place, but Van Holsbeeck has revealed that is far from complete. In fact the the general director has mooted the possibility of a Premier League switch.
'I could sell Tielemans to Manchester City, but I'm not sure that this is an ideal club for him,' Van Holsbeeck told voetbalprimeur.be.
Van Holsbeeck remains reluctant to put his club's young star into a situation where Tielemans could find himself getting limited game time.
Despite the success of Leroy Sane and Gabriel Jesus this season, the impression remains that Pep Guardiola's side would be a tough one to break in to.
However that is not to say Anderlecht are planning for next season with Tielemans. Holsbeeck had earlier admitted to dhnet.be the midfielder's exit remains likely: 'Regarding Tielemans, I think he's going to leave us - but it won't necessarily be for Monaco as other teams are interested.ADVERTISEMENT>
'I think his transfer will be sorted out in the coming fortnight. We're going to try and make sure all our players don't leave, but those who do leave will give us more financial flexibility.'
