Weight Watchers To Attend Citi 2016 Consumer Seminar

A city DOT official told the New York Post that this is a manufacturer’s recommendation and it won’t be strictly enforced.

But some say the rule is still harsh.

“I’m about 220,” one man told WCBS 880 reporter Paul Murnane. “I think that’s a little much.”

“I don’t understand. Well, 260’s kind of high, to be riding a bike, but if they want people to not be obese, what’s a better way than riding a bike?” said another.

The weight limit is also found in other programs, such as Boston and London.

One man, however, told Murnane that if you weigh between 250 and 300 pounds, you should start with some walking.
